个人简介:山西临汾人,主要从事气候变化、水文预报、水库调度、水库安全管理、灌溉节水等方面的研究工作。

曾为本科生、研究生讲授《电子商务安全》《电子商务案例分析》和《环境与自然经济学》等课程。
